Meet Mykhailo

Mykhailo teaches violin and guitar with a warm, practical approach. His lessons help students build good technique, confidence and a better musical ear.
He has many years of experience teaching children and leading ensemble and choir work. He also has a strong background in musical instrument repair, which gives students practical guidance beyond the lesson itself.

Nataliia teaches piano, music theory, harmony and ear training. Her lessons are structured, thoughtful and clear.

We usually work best with children from about 8 years old. At this age, most students are ready for a more structured lesson, regular practice and clear feedback.
Yes. Beginners are welcome. We start with the basics and move step by step, so the student can build confidence without feeling rushed.
Yes, we can teach adults as well. The main focus of the studio is children and teens, but adult beginners or returning students are welcome to contact us.
Yes. Lessons can be in English or Russian. Some families also prefer a mix, especially when the child speaks English at school but Russian at home.
Yes. We offer music theory, harmony and exam preparation for students who need a more focused study plan. This can be done in person or online.
For younger beginners, 30 minutes is often enough. Older students or students preparing for exams may need 45 or 60 minutes. We can recommend the best option after we understand the student’s level and goals.
Regular practice matters more than long practice. Even short, focused practice during the week helps the student remember what we worked on and make steady progress.

Lessons are available in our Vernon studio or online. If you are not in Vernon, online lessons may still be a good option, especially for theory or exam preparation.
